Why I Love It:

I visited London for my 26th birthday and found this “hotel” on Expedia—quotation marks because this “hotel” had a weird apartment vibe to it. It didn’t remind me much of a hotel. The lobby had a hip and edgy vibe but throughout the hallways and room I can easily tell this was an old apartment building converted into a hotel. This wasn’t a bad thing, just different. I believe it added to the overall aesthetic.

I originally chose this hotel due to the floor to ceiling windows and soft color tones—I loved the mixture of blue + pink blended throughout the rooms and the big sugar-pink fluffy couch. I was expecting one of those “only cute in pictures” rooms but when I arrived I was surprised at how accurate the photos were.

The rooms and hotel is definitely designed for millennial’s looking for long term accommodations. The rooms are very spacious and offer a small kitchenette, refrigerator, cabinets and multiple seating areas. The rooms can be great for multiple functions or multiple partners *shrugs. The only thing I frowned upon in the room was the bathroom—the bathroom did not blend well with the room aesthetic and reminded me of a bathroom design you will see in a Hilton or Marriott hotel (not my taste). The view wasn’t speculator but I got a brief glimpse of London residential side. The hotel is located near many train stations/stops so getting around to other parts of London was very convenient.

Overall, this hotel is an extended stay and lifestyle blogger ideal hotel—the property and rooms is very Instagram-friendly. The vibe is very hip and welcoming so it’ll be hard for anyone to not like this hotel/apartment mix.
